Muay Thai, also known as kickboxing or "the art of eight limbs" is a martial art/sport that focuses on the most effective ways to strike and disable an opponent or adversary using your hands, feet, knees and elbows.  While some members begin kickboxing to improve their fitness and kickboxing classes are an excellent workout, this is not "Cardio Kickboxing" class.  You will be learning real, effective and proven techniques from coaches who have fought successfully in Muay Thai/Kickboxing.  You will be kicking, punching and defending in realistic situations with real partners.
Classes will consist of a general warm up, skill development, pad work and partner drills. Advanced members will also participate in sparring to test their skills in "live" situations. 

  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00 (Thursday = Boxing focus)
  • Saturday 11:00 am :30-7:00 (optional sparring)
